PINK PONY ™ TOUR POLICY
Thank you for choosing Pink Pony ™ Pedal Pub for your downtown Indianapolis tour! We are excited to show you around Indy! Our 16 passenger, 15 seated/1 in the middle, bikes are the newest and most unique pedal pub experience around! A Pink Pony Dream Tour is Indy’s number one way to enjoy the City!
All participants must be 21 years or older, provide a validID prior to tour commencement, and sign a waiver of liability.
Alcohol is not required to enjoy the tour. The Pink Pony ™ does not provide, nor serve, alcohol. Pink Pony ™ allows BYOB and may stop at 1 – 3 locations, depending on time, location, and rider selection, for bathroom breaks and drink purchase.
Coolers are allowed and should be packed before arrival. All drinks brought on board must be in aluminum cans or plastic containers. No hard liquor, shots, or glass items allowed. One cooler will be provided.
Drinking and driving is illegal. Pink Pony ™ does not condone, allow, or advocate intoxicated driving. The limit for legal intoxication in Indiana is .08. All riders are expected to make travel accommodations for the completion of the tour. Please assign a designated sober driver, hire a rideshare service, use scooters or foot transport to leave tour premises and maintain your safety and that of the public.
Pink Pony ™ does not provide ice, cups, alcohol, phone chargers, or any other item beyond the use of the physical bike and driver, in accordance with Pink Pony ™ policies, for the duration of the selected tour.
Pink Pony ™ tours are hired by reservation of time. The tour is time sensitive, and the tour time starts promptly at the time designated by your reservation and ends 1 hr. 45 minutes later. Riders who hire Pink Pony ™ for a tour agree to arrive 20 minutes prior to the designated tour start time to check in, provide valid ID, and confirm submission of waiver of liability with the driver.
Reservation Policy
- All tours start and conclude at 140 S College Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46202, at Metazoa Brewing Company. Modifications may be made to pickup/drop-off upon request. However, the tour time will be reduced by the amount of time estimated for bike to return to headquarters.
- Online reservations are tentative until an email confirmation acknowledging the booking and payment receipt is received.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a reservation requires lessthan 24 hours notice please contact us.
- Group members should arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- All tours have a 1-hour 45-minute duration starting promptly at the reserved tour start time.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted.
Damage Liability and Cleaning Policy
Pink Pony ™ is proud to provide the best tour experience in Indianapolis. Every effort is made to ensure a safe tour. Our Pedal Bikes are the safest and most modern design available. Riders are urged to respect the bike. Damages are the responsibility of the entire Tour, individual rider(s) which caused the damage, and/or, the cardholder on file. Any damage that may occur to the bike will be assessed to the individual which caused damage, the entire tour, and/or the cardholder on file. Excessive mess (e.g., vomiting), as determined by Pink Pony ™ may incur a $100 cleaning fee charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the tour date can be rescheduled or refunded. A deduction of $30 will apply to cover processing fees.
Cancellations 14 days or less of the Tour date result in full responsibility for the tour price. Consideration may be made if the scheduled Tour is booked by another tour.
Weather Policy
Weather conditions are monitored for safety. Severe weather conditions (thunder, lightning, freezing rain, tornado, blizzard, or severe flooding) will prompt notification and the offer of a rain check. Weather conditions are considered “Severe” at the sole discretion of Pink Pony ™.
Tours will proceed rain or shine and regardless of weather conditions not deemed by Pink Pony ™ as “severe.”
Pink Pony ™ Pedal Bikes are covered with a roof and rain ponchos are provided. The rider is expected to dress according to the weather. Jackets, coats, hand warmers, hats, and earmuffs are often recommended outside of summer months. Outside of summer months, especially outside of summer, the weather in downtown Indy is often cool, especially at night.
